Meet Our Team
Ken is the founder and face of GLOBALKNOX. He is known for great passion in discovering the best in everyone and developing people to achieve success in their own term. Ken started his career in Outward Bound Malaysia, where he rose to become a training coordinator, getting rare opportunity of international exposure in South East Asia, Australia and South Africa. Before founding GLOBALKNOX, Ken had a rich repertoire of experiences managing training programs for children, youth and adults and corporate. In GLOBALKNOX, Ken carries on his personal mission to inspire and to build a legacy through many large scale corporate training projects, as well as his active involvement in community works with a focus in underprivileged children.
Joey discovered her passion in helping others to learn and grow when she conducted workshop to teach youth how to produce video while working in a production house. Since then, she dived into training industry and equipped herself with various credentials and exceptional facilitation skill sets. She believes that learning happens best when people use their head, heart and hands. Her creativity is a valuable asset in GLOBALKNOX, as she was involved in developing customized programs such as Urban Races and Thematic programs for clients.
Nor Hisham bin Idris developed great interest in training when he joined the Graduate Employability Management Scheme program under Khazanah Nasional Berhad. He is dedicated to coach and nurture young adults, especially those who just started out in workforce. Nor Hisham bin Idris is the expert in conducting customized experiential team building programs with a focus in sports and recreational activities for multinational corporates, government sectors and education institutions.
As a training consultant of GLOBALKNOX, Mindie is a highly sought after professional trainer among multinational corporates in Asia, specializing in sales and services. Many people didn’t know that Mindie began her career in tele-marketing, where she went through numerous tough rejections that would turn most people off. Out of her passion to inspire people to live life to the fullest, Mindie started her career in training industry. With her grit and uncompromising work ethic, she builds a successful career in training and becomes a high profile trainer with impressive track record.
Mohamed Zaidi Mahidin Zulkefli is an experienced trainer specializing in adults and youth programs. His exposure in the field of recruitment, learning and development has sharpened his skills in creating awareness, empowerment, motivation and creating results. Mohamed Zaidi Mahidin Zulkefli believes that everyone can be successful if they are aware of their strength and passion. He was one of the appointed trainer who contributed in Malaysia National Service Program, producing the training module and trained more than 1300 trainers in the process.
Leilaton has an interesting career path working with giant corporate such as MAS, Adidas and McDonalds; as well as entertaining industry where she had the opportunity to work with international artists such as Diana Ross, Paula Abdul, Bryan Adams, Jamiroquai and many others. In 2007, she jumped into the training industry to pursue her passion and desire to make a difference in people’s life. She believes that everyone is special, and her mission in life is to help people unlock and realize the hidden potential within them.
Nor Yusman ( Seman )
Nor Yusman Hussain discovered his passion in training when he joined Malaysia National Service Program as Character Building Trainer. He was soon promoted to be master trainer where he took on huge responsibility to train the trainers engaged in the National Service programs. He continued to train students and youths in personal branding, communications, leadership, and nation building throughout his career before joining GLOBALKNOX, where he now shares knowledge and experience with well-established corporations.
Gilbert’s passion in sharing knowledge and inspiring people started early when he was in university. Besides organizing and executing motivational training camp for secondary school students all over Peninsular Malaysia, he was also involved in insurance and takaful as a group leader, where he strongly advocated educating clients about right product instead of hard selling that many adopted. When he joined Globalknox as an intern, his drive, focus and skills quickly see him being promoted to program coordinator, and later joined the team as trainer. He is a big believer in experiential learning which emphasizes the connection of HEAD (Thought), HEART (Feeling) and HAND (Action).
Mohd Iswardy Zulkefli
Mohd Iswardy Zulkefli is the all rounded player in GLOBALKNOX with multidimensional exposures in different corporate departments. Before he joined GLOBALKNOX, Mohd Iswardy Zulkefli accumulated rich experiences in operation, sales and marketing, HR and managerial management in financial and trading industry. As a ‘people person’, he specializes in outdoor experiential team building activities and never fails to bring heightened level of energy to the ground. Mohd Iswardy Zulkefli believes that ‘awareness’ is the first step that initiate change in a person, and this has become the primary focus in his training program.
